Hi-Line Services' Quality Assurance policy covers every aspect of our operations from receipt of enquiry, quotation, specification, ordering of materials (including supplier control, traceability and certification) through workshop fabrication, site installation, testing, commissioning and completion documentation.
In December 2017 we successfully completed a TUV quality audit, renewing our ISO 9001 status and updating our procedures to the latest standards.
Our management team are focused on providing customers with the best possible service on all projects.
Health & Safety
All of our employees operate under our own Health and Safety policy which incorporates Method Statements, Risk Assessments, COSHH regulations and Permit to Work systems. These are designed to complement our customers our own 'in-house' Health and Safety standards and procedures.
Our health and safety management system incorporates the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations and Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999.
